Noureen deWulf

Noureen DeWulf (nee Ahmed) is an American actress. Her roles in films include West Bank Story (2005) and Ghosts of Girlfriends Past (2008). She also starred in The Back-up Plan (2010). Additionally, she was Lacey on the sitcom Anger Management (2012 - 2014). DeWulf was noureen Ahmed, an New York City native, to Gujarati Indian parents, from Pune, Maharashtra. She grew up in Stone Mountain in Georgia. She was raised Nizari Ismaili Muslim. She is the mother of two. Aziza her older sister, teaches law at Northeastern University, Boston. Sara her younger sister practices law in San Francisco. DeWulf has studied theatre and international relations at Boston University's School for the Arts. After graduation, she relocated to Los Angeles in order to pursue an acting career. She can speak Hindi, Urdu, Gujarati and other languages. DeWulf began her acting career with the Oscar Award-winning short film West Bank Story. She played Fatima, a dancing and singing Palestinian cashier who is the love of an Israeli soldier. Since then, she's performed in comedy television shows and films. From 2009 to 2011, she played prominent roles on NBC's Outsourced and TNT's Hawthorne and MTV's The Hard Times of RJ Berger and also appeared in the Lifetime miniseries Maneater.DeWulf has been featured in several box office successes such as Ocean's Thirteen (2007), and The Back-up Plan (2010). She starred with Matthew McConaughey as the romantic comedy Ghosts of Girlfriends Past (2009). She also starred alongside Jeremy Piven on The Goods: Sell Hard and Live Hard (2009). The Taqwacores (2010) premiered at the Sundance Film Festival 2010 and was her main role. She was a part of The Taqwacores (2010), which premiered at the Sundance Film festival in the year 2010.
