Aaron Jeffery
The Logie Award-winning actor of New Zealand and Australia, Aaron C. Jeffery. He is most well-known for his roles as Terry Watson in Water Rats and as Alex Ryan in McLeod's Daughters, as well as Matt "Fletch" Fletcher in Wentworth. He was born in Howick, Auckland, Jeffery relocated to Australia at the age of 17 and enrolled in acting at NIDA. After graduating from NIDA He began his TV career with the children's show Ship to Shore. Jeffery is most well-known for his part as Alex Ryan in McLeod's Daughters. He departed the drama in the year 2008. He also appeared in the third season of New Zealand drama series Outrageous Fortune. Jeffery was part of the series Underbelly: Badness as Frank. Filming ended on June 22. Three days later, Jeffery was officially named Bradley Fox's replacement for Neighbours for a period of two weeks. In October, it was announced that Jeffery had been cast as a corrections officer in the TV series Wentworth. Bevan Lee's show Between Two Worlds starred Jeffery. In April of 2021, it was revealed that Jeffery will be a part of Pieces of Her, a Netflix thriller series that was adapted from the Karin Slaughter book. As a result of his role in McLeod's Daughters, Jeffery was awarded the Silver Logie for Most Popular Drama Series Actor in 2004 and 2007.
